The 10-Day REAL FOOD RESET is a crash course in the food and lifestyle changes that my private clients have found to be the most impactful. It’s not a juice cleanse, and it’s certainly not a deprivation diet. In fact, you won’t find any calorie counting here at all!
That’s because my 10-Day Reset is about discovering a whole new way of nourishing your body. Together we’ll take a 10-day break from the most common toxic trigger foods that are often at the root of so many health concerns. We’ll work on listening in to what your unique body needs (both on and off the plate) and practice a mindful approach to eating clean and energizing foods.
